The temperature control of the dust chamber is based on the balance temperature control system. The dry bulb temperature measurement signal is converted into the temperature controller by A/D, and the temperature controller outputs the instruction to drive I/O through internal comparison operation, so that the air supply system, refrigeration dehumidification system and heating system work.
The main brain controller combines the cooling capacity output of the refrigeration dehumidification system, and controls the heating system to generate the corresponding heat output through THE PID algorithm. The cold and heat are evenly distributed through the air supply system to the test chamber, so that the cooling heat loss of the set test temperature can be compensated continuously so as to achieve the constant temperature control.
On the premise of balanced temperature control, at the same time through the circulating air duct of the air transport system, the quantitative ratio of dust is balanced and disturbed circulation, so as to achieve a controllable simulated temperature, humidity and dust test environment
