Gas corrosion system:

Operating Principle

Gas test chamber design two sets of boxes, external temperature and humidity air conditioning cabinet + sample room. The air conditioning system has refrigeration system, heating system, humidification system, mixed gas inlet, exhaust gas discharge filter and other devices.

 

Before diluting corrosive gases are mixed, the air conditioning system creates the test temperature and humidity in the chamber outside the sample room. When the temperature and humidity are constant, the gas is input at the same time. The gas concentration is measured by calculating the volume ratio formula, and then the mass flowmeter is used for effective control, so that it reaches the specified range. In the gas test chamber, the gas is mixed evenly through the fan.

 

Wet air into the sample chamber

The air in the sample room is discharged by pumping, so that a low pressure is formed in the sample room. Compared with the space in the sample room outside the gas test chamber, the wet air in the sample room outside is pumped into the sample room through the pipe. By recording the data, the flow rate of the air extracted from the sample chamber can be adjusted to obtain the specified number of gas volume changes per hour.
